Member Services
The National Parents Alliance intends to combine civic participation infrastructure with practical family support. This combination is essential: the NPA should not become merely a think tank, nor should it become only a helpdesk. Its value lies in connecting practical family experience with research, policy and civic participation.
- Early years and pre-school signposting, including childcare, nursery transitions and early development resources.
- School search, choices and admissions guidance.
- Support and signposting around transitions, including post-16 options and FE pathways.
- SEND guidance and support with local authority communications.
- Legal and advocacy signposting where appropriate.
- Webinars, events and practical briefings.
- Parent and carer networks, regional participation and community-building.
- Grandparent and relative associate participation routes.
- FAMILY VOICE surveys, listening exercises and lived-experience platforms.
- Research participation, case studies and policy feedback.
